Description
Build a large display shelf model of the famous General Grievous with this 1100 piece LEGO Star Wars Ultimate Collector Series (UCS) set released in 2008 and now retired.
As seen in the film, Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, General Grievous is a cyborg that leads the formidable droid armies of the Confederacy of Independent Systems. A slayer of Jedi, Grievous is well trained in lightsaber combat, having forcefully confiscated several. He is ultimately defeated by Obi-Wan Kenobi.
The LEGO model features a rotating display base to keep the figure upright, with a plaque displaying General Grievous' name. The figure has four arms, each with a 'lightsaber,' two in translucent blue and two in translucent neon green. Grievous' head also has a range of motion, up and down and side-to-side.
Once completed, the highly detailed model stands 18" in height.
The set comes with 108 pages of full-color instructions detailing the construction of the main model.
As with most UCS models, this LEGO set is suggested for experienced builders aged over 14 years due to the sophisticated construction involved.
